Even for store-bought cupcakes!, September 9, 2012 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Meri Meri Pirate Cupcake Kit, Makes 24 I was short on time getting ready to throw a pirate themed baby shower (Ahoy, It's a Boy!) for my daughte-n-law. I ordered this Pirate Cupcake Kit and I ordered cupcakes from Albertsons. I put the already made cupcakes in these papers, put in the decorative picks and put them on the Wilton 4-Tier Stacked Cupcake Tower (also from Amazon). I should mention that because our colors were red, blue and black I ordered 24 Oreo (chocolate) cupcakes and then 12 yellow cupcakes--half with red and half with blue frosting. The effect was very colorful and got lots of compliments. (In my case I did need 12 more cupcake papers and picks which I had no trouble finding.)

The liners and toppers were ADORABLE! And I got tons of compliments. Using these and homemade cupcakes and icing, people thought I had the cupcakes made at a bakery! Meri Meri makes attractive and quality products and I will definitely remember the Meri Meri brand in the future!
